Overview:
Wet material from the dryer into one end, the uniform cylinder, including the copy sheet turning device, the material in the dryer and spread evenly, and with and flow (reflux) of hot air full access to speed up the drying mass flow, mass transfer driving force. During the drying process, the material in the copy with a sloping board and under the effect of hot air, can control movement to the dryer to the other end of the discharge valve discharge star product.
Application:
● chemical, mining, metallurgy and other industries large particles than the major drying, such as: ore, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, phosphate, ammonium sulfate.
● the special requirements of the powder, the dry granular material, such as: HP foaming agent, distiller's grain residue, precipitated calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, dregs.
● requires low-temperature drying, and the continuous need large quantities of dry materials.
